TPO Uganda shines at 2nd National Mental Health Conference – May 24th – 26th

Events to commemorate the Mental Health Awareness Month were climaxed by the three-day National Mental Health Conference that was organized by the Ministry of Health, Uganda Counseling Association and partners like TPO Uganda. The conference brought together over 250 senior leaders from the mental health sector for lively discussions and abstract presentations under the theme; Prioritizing mental health through community involvement. TPO Uganda presented abstracts and experiences on integration of Mental health interventions into OVC and HIV programming. TPO Uganda also exhibited documentations and publications on MHPSS across the different projects. Participants also shared experiences on the future of mental health services, good practices, horizon scan, and networking.
