Ms. Jennifer Etit Okaka

Jennifer is a Human Resources Management Specialist with 25 years of experience. Her areas of specialty include Strategic Human Resource Planning, high performance talent acquisition, training, development and facilitation, legal and compliance, Performance compensation programmes, merger and acquisition restructuring and Board Competence - FUE. She is currently serving at Uganda Civil Aviation Authority as Manager, Human Resources. Previously she worked with KCB Bank Ltd as Human Resource Business Partner (2017 – 2021), Human Resources and Development Manager at Food for the Hungry/ Kampala (2014 -2017). She holds a Master's Degree in Management Studies – Human Resources Management from Uganda Management Institute, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work & Social Administration and specific trainings in Leadership and Performance Management. She is a member of the Human Resource Manager’s Association of Uganda (HRMAU).
