TPO Uganda in partnership with DCA and with funding from FRECECO is implementing a 2-year project titled “Adapting to Climate Change through Women-led Initiatives”. The project aims to Empower 200 women as change agents for climate resilience in the Amudat district.
Part of this funding will be used to procure agricultural inputs, vegetable seeds, tree and fruit seedlings.
Interested bidders are hereby invited to submit Technical and Financial proposals, clearly marked: “Procurement of Agricultural inputs, 2026” as separate documents.
A: Technical proposal should include:
- Proof of statutory obligations to include company profile, registration certificate, MOU, trading license, Contact details & VAT certificate.
- Proof of past working experience (Copies of Local Purchase Orders and recommendations).
B: Financial proposal should include:
- Quotation for all the required items
- Proof of financial capability (Bank Statements, Audited books of accounts).
- Ability to submit EFRIS invoices
