TPO Uganda participates in IIDC 7th Annual Learning Convention in Uganda – June 18th – 20th

TPO Uganda staff represented by the Director Knowledge Development and Innovation Michael Muwairwa, and Project Coordinators took part in the 7th Annual Learning Convening on Ending Violence Against Children in East Africa organized by Impact and Innovations Development Centre (IIDC) and Raising Voices. The Convening discussed systems approaches to changing and shifting social and gender norms. The annual learning convenings are regional events designed to deepen organizational understanding of learning and build capacity to nurture learning regularly. Participants shared practical learning and experiences on changing social norms in schools, application of systems thinking to social and gender norms change interventions. They also developed actionable plans to improve programming, learning and advocacy.
