Stephen is the Chairperson of the Governance and Organizational Development Committee of the Board of TPO Uganda. Stephen is a US and Ugandan trained lawyer and an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda.
He advises on the areas of NGO financing and taxation, social enterprise financing and regulation, private equity and mutual funds, corporate tax and complex International Business Transactions.
He is currently retained as an investment/legal advisor to a consortium of leading impact funds operating in the East African region.
