Patrick Sambaga is the Board Secretary and Country Director (CD) at TPO Uganda, a position that he has held since 2020. With over 30 years of exemplary leadership experience, 14 of which are at senior management within national and international NGOs, Patrick demonstrates expertise in livelihoods, maternal & child health, low-cost housing, microfinance, child protection, sponsorship/education, humanitarian/emergency relief, and private sector development.
Patrick deeply subscribes to the notion of sustainable generational transformation of vulnerable individuals and communities. This is rooted in the saying, “A lifetime transformation of vulnerable people who after their own change in turn transform the generations behind them”.
