Asset Disposal


The Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO) Uganda is a non-governmental organization that is committed to empowering communities to meet their psychosocial and mental health needs. Since 1994, TPO Uganda has been providing psychosocial support and mental health care to individuals and communities displaced and affected by war and related crimes, poverty, Gender Based Violence (GBV), children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS as well as emergency response and building capacity of government and partners.

TPO Uganda intends to dispose of its used Assets (Fabricated containers, Motorcycles and IT equipment and hereby invites interested bidders. The used Items will be sold through sealed bids to be submitted to TPO Uganda Head Office in Munyonyo. The envelopes should be clearly marked “DISPOSAL OF USED ASSETS, 2021”, and addressed to the Procurement & Operations Manager by 21st December 2021 from 9:00am 4.00pm. Late bids will not be allowed. All bidders should clearly indicate their daytime contact numbers and emails addresses on the bid Documents. The items shall be sold on “as is, where is” basis and TPO will have no further liability after the goods are sold. Open viewing of the Items will be in the different TPO field offices where the items are kept (Moyo, Yumbe, Arua) from 6th December to 15th December 2021 between 10.00am and 4.00pm. You can view the list of items and their location No viewing will be done during Saturday and Sunday.

Bids shall be opened on 4th January 2022 at TPO Uganda, Head Office starting at 2:30 pm, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Only Successful bidders will be contacted by 11th January 2022. TPO Uganda reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without giving any reason(s)
