He is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer, BRAC (U) MFI since August 2015. He formerly worked with Opportunity Bank as an Executive Director for 1 year, Barclays Bank as Corporate Credit Manager and Post Bank as Head of Credit and other banks but a very short spun.
He is a Member of British Management Forum and serves as Chairperson Advisory Board of Build Africa – Uganda and Chairperson for the Finance and Audit committee. Public health expert, Head of the Outreach Department at the Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI), Makerere University. Represents the African continent on the International AIDS Society (IAS) Governing Council/Board. He has experience in research as a Principal Investigator and Co- PI with published papers and research with a wealth of strong international exposure and networks. Dr. Muganzi is a recipient of the 2015 HIV/AIDS Fellowship for Senior International HIV/AIDS Providers award at Weill Cornell Medical College, New York, USA. He is an alternate Member, Technical Review Panel of the Global Fund since 2013 and the Africa Regional Rep to the IAS (GC) for HIV professionals and a finance committee member

Robinson graduated with an Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute(ESAMI), further Postgraduate/advance trading in Global Health and Masters of Science in Public Health, MPH. Presently, he is the final stage of a postgraduate doctorate program. He his passionate about managing strategic innovation and change, primary healthcare and community health, strategic government and donor relations, health economics and health systems strengthening, clean energy and climate change adaptation and mitigation measures, water sanitation and hygiene.
Presently, Director Programs, Strategic Development and Partnership/ Authorized Organization Business Official – Children’s AIDS Fund. A prime partner of the United States Government through CDC/PEPFAR for the provision of comprehensive HIV/AIDS care, treatment and prevention services in collaboration with indigenous health facilities in the Republic of Uganda.

Financial Management specialist with over 15 years’ experience. Has worked with Uganda Management Institute and Mbarara University of Science and Technology as Senior Internal Auditor and Internal Auditor respectively.
Area of specialty is internal audit, risk management and corporate governance. Sarah has been engaged in consultancy and training assignments mainly in internal controls systems development and improvement for various organizations.
Mr. Stephen Tumwesigye
Stephen Tumwesigye is a founding Partner at TASLAF Advocates. He has previously worked with Deloitte & Touche-East Africa and with other leading law firms in Uganda, as a legal and tax consultant. A pioneer impact finance and social impact legal advisor, Stephen advises impact finance funds, international foundations, large non-profit organisations, charities, NGOs, philanthropic entities and social enterprises. He possesses specialized knowledge and deep understanding of the NGO, impact finance and social enterprise regulatory environment in Uganda.
Stephen also advises and acts for large multinational oil and gas, energy, construction and finance entities in and out of Uganda, that are involved in various infrastructure projects. He is a practicing advocate and a leading proponent of alternative dispute resolution and has helped various local and multinational clients in settling their employment, tax and construction disputes.
Cate Zziwa Nimanya
Cate Zziwa Nimanya has over 20 years’ experience as a Water and Sanitation Specialist of which 10 have been dedicated to Management in the Urban and rural Water and Sanitation Subsector. Currently she is the Country Director of Water for People Uganda. She is a member of the Uganda Small Scale and Medium Enterprises Association of Uganda. Cate formerly served on a number of boards; Treasurer for Uganda Water and Sanitation NGO Network, member of UNESCO International Hydrological Program-Uganda as well as Secretary to the Board of Directors for Network for Water and Sanitation Uganda among others.
Mr. John Nandaah Wamukota
John Nandaah Wamukota is a seasoned retired Central Banker and currently Associate Consultant in Finance and Management at the Eastern and Southern Management Institute (ESAMI) Uganda Office, Kampala.
He is a registered pension management specialist with interest in Corporate Governance of pension funds, Micro-finance Management and Strategic Risk Management in Financial Institutions and the Development Agenda in general.
Ken Gabelle Odur

Ken Odur Gabelle is a Chartered Corporate Secretary and Management Accountant with a wide national and international experience in institutional development, corporate governance and development programming. He holds an MBA degree in strategic management and certification in Organisational Development, Disaster Management, Executive Leadership Development, and in Intercultural Competence Diversity and Inclusion (ICD&I), amongst others.
In a career that spans several decades, Mr. Odur has served in senior positions in the private sector and with NGOs locally, regionally and internationally. The list includes the then Uganda Commercial Bank, Uganda Cooperative Alliance, the European Commission office in Kampala, Uganda Red Cross Society, Kenya Red Cross Society and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), amongst others. His work in the humanitarian sector has taken him to many African countries including South Africa where he served as the Federation’s Regional Representative to the ten countries while based in Johannesburg.
Ken Odur possess good consulting skills and is passionate about getting individuals, communities and organizations to experience and actively participate in the pursuit of a humane and sustainable future for all. He is married and recently became a proud grandfather.
Edna Kanabahita is currently the Chief Risk Officer of Absa Bank Uganda Limited (Formerly Barclays Bank of Uganda Limited).
Prior to this, Edna was the Africa Regional Risk Project Director at Accion International based in Accra, Ghana. She also held various senior positions as Head of Credit, Head of Risk Management, Head of Strategy and Innovation, Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking in Stanbic Bank Uganda and Development Finance Bank respectively. She is a versatile all-rounded banker with an exemplary proven track record in enterprise-wide risk management.
She also participated in conducting a number of due diligence and strategic partnership collaboration assessments which included the acquisition of Meridian Bank Tanzania and Uganda Commercial Bank; establishment of the Bank of China collaboration desk in DFCU Bank. She also conducted a Southern Sudan Fact Finding Mission and other due diligence activities for Musoni DTM Ltd – Kenya; K- Rep Bank Ltd– Kenya; Ekondo Microfinance Bank Limited – Calabar, Nigeria; MicroSen Bank – Senegal and Ugafode Microfinance Bank – Uganda.
Edna is currently an Advisory Board Member of Asigma Capital Limited and a Board member of Transcultural Psychosocial Organisation (TPO) – Uganda. She also served as a Board member and Trustee of Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU).
She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, an Advanced Diploma in Financial Management (DipFm) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an advanced Diploma in Bank Credit and Risk Management from Damelin School of Banking (South Africa) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Economics and Statistics from Makerere University.
