ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
TPO Uganda is in the process of procuring an ERP cloud hosted accounting software for 7 users at a time, for the start. We are an NGO, with 15 field offices and about (20-30 projects a year). Our projects are grouped under thematic areas (6), though a project may fall under more than one thematic area. So the reports required will be the consolidated, per thematic area and per project.
Our needs
I. System Generated Financial Reports per Office, Activity, Thematic area and Project periodically i.e. Project Trial Balance , Project I&E statement, Project Balance Sheet
II. System Generated Management Reports per Office, Activity, Thematic area and Project periodically i.e Budget Variance Analysis, Funds Accountability Statements
